The redesign introduces an intuitive therapist dashboard, transforming the tool from prototype to polished product. This effort led to game collaborations with Sesame Street and a fast-tracked partnership with Niantic’s Peridot.

Therapeutic Purpose

Every game had to serve a therapeutic purpose—not just entertain. This meant embedding multiple cognitive and speech cues into gameplay while keeping it intuitive for kids.

How We Solved It

Collaborated closely with therapists to translate their input into gameplay mechanics, visual prompts, and instructional flow. Every element reinforces specific therapy needs.

Asset Limitations

We were limited to existing assets, meaning we had to design entire game experiences around what we already had—without adding new visuals or characters.

How We Solved It:

Focused on variation through behavior: scaling difficulty, adding movement patterns, and introducing new feedback loops to build engaging, purposeful games within production constraints.
